The First Tee National Schools Program Campaign

The First Tee of Raritan Valley is currently promoting and developing the National Schools Program in elementary schools throughout state of New Jersey. The National Schools Program provides core values and golf skill lessons for school children grades K-5th. Thanks to the support of several sponsors and help from the school districts we have been able to bring the National Schools program to 27 schools in our region. Our goal in 2010 is to increase outreach and sponsorship to schools throughout the Raritan Valley region of New Jersey to reach more than 50 new schools.
There is a one time charge of $3,000 for each school that includes enough equipment to teach 45 students golf in a physical education class, the curriculum, and training for the physical education teachers. There are no additional charges for this program. We currently need sponsors to help offset the cost for school districts to purchase the equipment, curriculum, and provide training.
