If/when a spot in the class becomes available an email will be sent to you to complete registration. Registration must be completed within 48 hours to successfully be enrolled otherwise the registration system will move down the waitlist.

CLASS ARRIVAL TIME

We ask that all participants arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.  This will allow all participants to receive any information from our coaches, staff or volunteers, or any materials needed and warm-up prior to class.  There will be a Parent Orientation at the first class of each 9-week session.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the case of inclement weather, we will do everything possible to hold classes. If we are able, we will offer a makeup class by adding an extra week to the session or adding more time to a class or two. We only cancel a class with severe weather but keep in mind that class can be held indoors at some of our locations.

We will only make the decision to cancel class one hour prior to the start of class.

Please DO NOT CALL the golf course or facility for an update.

Please call 908-245-1120 one hour prior to the start of class and listen to the voicemail for cancellations. The voicemail is only changed if there are cancellations.

We also announce cancellations on our Facebook page and Twitter account. E-mail is NOT typically used to notify parents!

If the staff has time, we will also post on our website but this is the last thing as we do depend on access to a computer as staff at times are coaching these classes.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

Children are required to wear closed toe shoes. Sneakers or golf shoes are preferred as we will have a warm-up portion of the class. Students are asked to wear neat attire and collared shirts are preferred. Children should be dressed appropriately according to weather conditions.

WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE? (WHAT IS THE CHILD-TO-COACHES RATIO?)
